The apartment was comfortable and cozy. The beds were great and the shower was refreshing. The balcony view was breathtaking, overlooking lush green hills and a chair lift. The location was convenient, with a ski hire shop and bus stop nearby. The on-site steakhouse offered the best Austrian ox steak ever.
Nothing bad to say.

Reasonably nice room
The service from Booked.net was awful.unclear terms and conditions (from this hotel) on the website. Failure to get a resolution via phone. But the killer, Booked.net helpline phone number is charged at a massive rate from mobiles. This has lead to me incurring a £50 extra cost on my phonebill. Will Booked.net do anything to compensate me in this instance?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my winter vacation in Kirchberg. The location was perfect, being close to the slopes and having a ski bus stop right outside. The hotel also had its own ski storage in the basement, which was very convenient. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and I especially appreciated the kitchenette inside, as it allowed me to prepare some meals. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of food choices including a juicer for making fresh fruit juice. Lastly, the staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The location was fantastic and allowed us to ski every day without the hassle of catching a bus or alternative transport.
There seemed to be an inconsistency between whether this hotel was a hotel or simply apartments within central building. For example we were mandated to pay for breakfast even though we had a kitchen in our apartment and even if we didn't attend breakfast. On the other hand we didn't receive any cleaning within the apartment, i.e. beds weren't made, bins weren't emptied etc. We were told we had use of the sister hotel's spa facilities but weren't told that this came at an additional cost. Finally the customer service was exceptionally poor, if this is a hotel we should've had our queries, problems etc dealt with in a polite manner not in a way which seemed as though they were too much hassle to listen to or action.

Very close to the skilift
Our room was not cleaned. When we asked for clean towels they were not delivered until we asked again.

Nothing special - it was a very ordinary hotel by any standards
While checking in, we were handed an invoice that included charges for "mandatory" breakfast - that too, very expensive charges for the very ordinary breakfast - but this fact was not made known to us on the website at the time of the booking. We felt cheated.

Good parking
No lift -- given top 3rd floor room without windows or decent matresses even though hotel half empty. Low online price offset by compulsory eur12 breakfast. Attitude a bit too greedy.

The attention to detail is impressive, with immaculate and spacious rooms that are beautifully appointed. The staff provide friendly, attentive, and fun service, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal, conveniently close to the slopes and with easy access to a top 10 steakhouse in Austria. The basic amenities, such as a kitchenette in the room and a lovely view towards the slopes, add to the overall positive experience. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of choices including eggs cooked to order.
Everything was okay.

We had an amazing stay in a spacious room with a large balcony facing the stunning mountains. the location was perfect with easy access to the slopes and a lovely restaurant where we had delicious dinners. We especially loved the steakhouse, which is said to be one of the top 10 in Austria.
The cleaning service could have been better, as towels and toiletries were not replenished regularly.

Great views from balcony and good location. Short distance to popular tourist spots and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and clean.
The service and staff were lacking. There were no instructions on how to handle trash and we ran out of toilet paper.
